

Davide
Mancori had and has now a great passion for music.
In 1978, at 16 years old, he worked as a DJ in a discoteque
in Abruzzo; two years later, he worked at the New Life,
Davide starts his career as a DJ with the name of DEVIL DEE.
He works at the Piper di Roma , at the Central
Park in Milano, at the Altro Mondo Studios in Rimini,
at the Concorde at Chiesina Uzzanese, at the Bussola
at Forte dei Marmi. |

In
1986 he played a football match with the Italian DJ team against
the National singers team. He played with Red Ronnie, Jerry
Scotti and Claudio Cecchetto. In 1981 he
founded a society called "Danceteria" which made some
records and compilations for discoteques. |

In 1981 he produced
the first hit "Black out", a lacca-mix composed by funky
music, like majors Prelude, Solar, Arista, Motown, Atlantic,
Salsoul, TK, Columbia, who spread the best music from the states.
Then he produced "Black out II°" and the famous
cover "Black water gold", a successful hit by KC & the sunshine
band, who reaches the german charter in 1986. He produced and
mixed a lot of compilations in the 80’s whose property belongs
to the RTI group. At the end of 1987 Davide left his work as
a DJ and became the manager of the "Galeon" in Rome. He was
driven to the world of videoclips by his passion for music and
cinema. Davide took part to the realization of videoclips, in
35 mm., for Nada ("Amore disperato") and Garbo ("Generazione")
and in 1990 contributes to the realization of the videoclip
"Vattene amore" a song which won the Sanremo festival in that
year. |

In 1997, into this sector, contributes to
the realization, for the Japanese society new media communications,
of the videoclip by classic music with Uto Ughi the big fiddler
.
